Tour Itinerary:

Hotel Lobby Pick up at 8.00am then start the tour by first visit to Banyu Mulek the Pottery village, travelers will soon see a row of art shops in front of the home’s residents, you can also see the local making a pottery from mountain clay in traditional way with combustion technique of “Tenunuq Lendang” or burning in the middle of the garden pottery, another uniqueness and attraction of the pottery decoration is made of woven rattan as an ornamental wood type of pottery. From here, then head to Sukarare The Traditional Hand Weaving Village to witness the amazing and complicated crafting technique to the process of traditional Sasak cloth, you can try the hand at weaving and dress in traditional attire. Done with Sukerare, then continue tour to visit The Sasak Village and House of Rambitan where the villagers still maintain the traditional architecture of the house according to the cosmology of Mount Rinjani, and continue the tradition of weaving heritage of his ancestors, the house is made from dried grass roofs, wooden frame, and bamboo walls and the floor is made from clay and periodically polished with cow dung, but amazingly there was no smell of cow dung on the dry floor. After enjoying Native village, you will also visit two gorgeous stretches of Kuta and Tanjung Aan beach, which are surrounded by green hills and bordered by the enchanting sea that reflects a thousand shades of blue & magnificent white sands beaches. Drive back to the Hotel.

In order to fully enjoy your trek, having the right trekking equipment is essential – both safety and comfort-wise.

  • Warm jacket – down jacket, if possible.
  • Water and windproof jacket (alternatively bring a poncho or umbrella)
  • Long sleeved synthetic fleece (windproof material, if possible)
  • Thermal underwear
  • Hat, pair of gloves and scarf
  • Comfortable hiking trousers (loose fitting)
